An Island movie star will be honoured by one of the cities that played a part in one of his most iconic roles.
John Rhys-Davies, who lives in Kirk Michael, will be given a star on Almeria's Walk of Fame as the city holds a huge film festival next week.
His star will be unveiled at midday on Saturday, November 22 in the Spanish city which was the location for key scenes in the Indiana Jones franchise.
His name will join the likes of Clint Eastwood and Sophia Loren on the walk of fame.
