Island estate on market for £25 million

A prestigious Island estate has just gone on the market for a whopping £25million.

The Ballakew Estate in St Marks boasts a nine-bedroom mansion along with a host of luxuries including a private tennis court, helipad and indoor pool, gym and spa.

The home - which is listed with Chrystals Estate Agents - sits in the middle of 154 acres in the countryside and resides around eight miles from Ronaldsway Airport.

It's been completely renovated and modernised over several years, with its outbuildings largely preserved and converted as separate accommodation for staff.
