Death rates from drug use on Island is double that of in England.
It comes following the publication of Data from Public Health Isle of Man.
The rate on Island stands at 8.7 people per 100,000 in comparison to just 4.3 in England.
The figures also say for men there were 14.4 deaths per 100,000 on the Island - whilst in the UK the figure was less than half at 6.3.
