95 per cent of Island doctors have voted to take industrial action over pay.
A ballot held this week saw 127 out of 169 medics cast their vote - of those, just six opposed strikes.
The British Medical Association says it's the Island's first ever such ballot, and the first industrial action here by doctors.
It says Manx Care must now put a credible offer on the table or face strike action in the near future.
