A group of Island churches says it's saddened by new laws which would legalise assisted dying.
Churches Alive in Mann represents Living Hope, methodists, protestants and catholic churches and released a statement after the bill passed its final parliamentary hurdle this week.
In it, they say life is a sacred gift from God and its value will be diminished if people choose to end it because of their suffering.
