A charity that supports a war-torn country is asking for Christmas donations.
Manx Support for Ukraine is hosting a Christmas Shoe Box appeal to send essentials to the country at war with Russia.
Volunteers will be at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Woodbourne Road from 2pm until 6pm on November 22.
The charity is especially keen for boxes containing sweets, hats and gloves, stationary, torches or small cuddly toys.
