An Island bank has become a certified fertility-friendly workplace.
HSBC Isle of Man was recognised by Jersey charity Tiny Seeds, which aims to create inclusive, compassionate and informed workplaces for employees facing fertility challenges.
The bank has a dedicated fertility policy, five days of paid leave per IVF cycle, and offers travel grants for staff who need to travel off-island for fertility care.
The company says it's committed to a workplace culture where fertility challenges are met with openness, empathy and understanding.
