When Tynwald sits next week, he'll ask Chief Minister Alf Cannan about any assessments carried out about the impact on schools and the health service of increasing the population to 100,000.
Tynwald is due to sit in Legislative Buildings in Douglas from 10am on Tuesday, February 17.
