Plans have been submitted to open a new bakery in Onchan.
A planning application has been made for a "Miss Maple" bakery on Summerhill Road.
No baked goods would be sold from the site and the building would be used for the production of its sweet treats.
The business would take over the old premises of the Heavenly Hounds dog grooming salon, which is moving locations.
