Is the average payment for a Unit of Dental Activity enough to entice dentists to seek employment on the Island?

A UDA relates to the value given to a course of treatment, which impacts the amount the dentist will earn.

There's currently a significant waiting list on Island of nearly 4,000 people awaiting treatment.

Member for Douglas North John Wannenburgh asked the Minister for Health and Social Care Lawrie Hooper for more information on what their strategy is to attract more dentists:
