The 60p three-stop fare on the Island's buses will be withdrawn from Monday.
That's according to Isle of Man Transport, which says the minimum fare will now be £1.10.
The organisation says this rate 'compares well' with many areas in the UK.
The minimum charge in the West Midlands is £1.50, £1.60 in Leicester and £2 in Darlington.
