The Isle of Man will host a series of events to mark World Drowning Prevention Day later this month.
The birthplace of the RNLI, the Island will see the entire length of Douglas promenade lit in blue along with the Tower of Refuge and Douglas Town Hall.
On the day itself, July 25, the RNLI will be in Strand Street in Douglas offering sea safety advice.
Two days earlier, Douglas Mayor Janet Thommeny will have tea on the Tower of Refuge as part of the event.
