Isle of Man Post Office says because of the Russian invasion, it can't predict delays to mail sent to Ukraine.
In a statement, the organisation says the country's airspace is now closed and mail is being diverted.
However, it say the security situation in many locations has created huge problems for the Ukrainian postal service.
It adds although people can still send mail, it may be subject to unpredictable delays.
We have been advised that due to the rapidly developing situation in Ukraine, postal services and operations will be disrupted.
