Isle of Man police have issued safety advice around 'spiking' ahead of the festive season.
It comes after several reports of spiking in clubs and pubs in the UK with some claims including incidents involving needles.
Women across the country have been holding a night in to highlight the issue.
Isle of Man police said drink spiking (where someone adds drugs or alcohol to another's drink without them knowing) is illegal.
