Next year’s TT will see a first as a direct return flight to Milan will be introduced.
The festival’s head PR man Simon Crellin said the flights have been arranged to cope with the increasing fan base in continental Europe.
Provisionally, the flight leave the Milan on June1 and return to Italy a week later. It will also allow people wishing to escape the Island over TT a chance get away to Italy for a week.
The flight will be able to hold 148 people and will be run through Regency Travel in Douglas.
Mr Crellin also said he hoped in future years this service would be increased to other major European cities as the event continues to grow.
More information on flight tickets will be made available nearer the time.
