Manx Care is looking to recruit a Long Covid Specialist.
The successful applicant will also support islanders with ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) and CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
It's part of a new initiative launched by Manx Care earlier this year in response to criticism about the lack of dedicated services.
It's thought there are currently around 1,000 adults with Long Covid and about 350 with ME or CFS.
