The infrastructure minister has 'ignored' the Green Party when asked to explain the decision to extend Crogga's licence.
Government announced last month that the company's licence to search for gas and oil in Manx waters has been extended by 27 months.
Since the announcement the Island's Green party has written to Tim Crookall twice for an explanation and is still awaiting a response.
The Party is looking for the minister to justify how the decision complies with the government's legal duties under the Climate Change Act 2021.
