It's an annual event incorporating nature, the power of prayer and ancient chapels and it gets underway this weekend on the Isle of Man.
Praying the Keeills 2023, in its 18th year, promises to provide the calm and space to re-boot busy minds.
This year's theme is 'Moving On' and involves several walks, a coach trip and an evening lecture.
The event is free and open to all, regardless of faith.
