IoM Health has published reports into local dental clinics and adult social care service providers.
The Care Quality Commission inspected 12 dental and 43 adult social care services, and found them all to be 'caring.'
Manx Care says that some areas for improvement have been highlighted - although where concerns have been raised, risk to patients is 'minor.'
Further reports will be published over the coming months, covering a range of services across the health body.
