An artistic project in Ramsey is hoping to inspire more identity and culture in the town.
Isle of Man Arts Council is teaming up for a project with Culture Vannin to adorn the toilet block in Market Square with artistic murals with the theme being 'Ramsey, Aquatic and Marine'.
The council says celebrating arts and culture is 'fundamental to our wellbeing and sense of place', and is now inviting submissions for a public art commission for designs to be put on the inside and outside of the building.
It adds the objectives are to recognise the land and seascape of the town as well as and develop a series of designs which will create a sense of connection with Ramsey with both residents and tourists.
The partnership between the two organisations is for the National Development Strategy for Culture and the Arts, aiming to bring culture to communities in innovative and inspiring ways.
Details on the project including the design brief, objectives and how to submit designs can be found on the IOM Arts Council website and Facebook page.
