Enquiries are ongoing to determine how a labourer from Ramsey died.
Malcolm James Cowley was found dead at his home in Bircham Avenue Close by his sister on August 20th.
Prior to that the 44-year-old NK Joinery employee hadn’t been seen since leaving work on July 25th.
Coroner of Inquests Jayne Hughes opened his inquest at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
She told the court the cause of Mr Cowley’s death is currently unknown but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
His body was released to his family and the inquest was adjourned to a later date.
