The Rotary Club has said it will gather international support to help a local singer suffering from terminal cancer get to Christmas number one.
Katherine Crowe recently realised her dream of recording at the famous Abbey Road Studios in London.
The 37-year-old can no longer be treated for her illness as she's allergic to the medication.
Her single 'Smile', a cover of the Charlie Chaplin classic, is released on Friday and from tomorrow will be played on radio stations across the UK and as far as Australia.
