Braddan Parish Commissioners are looking for expressions of interest for their development at Strang Corner Field.
The new family leisure centre, costing around £5m, received planning approval in 2017 and is due to be completed early 2023.
Commissioners are now looking for people to lease out the remaining units that can be turned into coffee shops, children's play areas, gyms, or health services such as dental practices.
Commissioners say ideas and layouts can be discussed to meet the needs of prospective tenants, and more information about the available units can be obtained from the commissioners' office.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 17:00 on Friday October 15.
