The government is looking into the possibility of developing a major new marina for the Island.
Officials say particular focus would be on creating a facility with over 250 berths which would operate 24 hours a day and compliment existing marinas in Peel and Douglas.
DOI member with responsibility for ports, Tim Baker MHK, says harbours are among the Isle of Man's biggest assets and they're testing the market to see who could potentially invest in the initiative.
Expressions of interest are being invited which can be submitted through the procurement portal by Wednesday, August 28.
