Police are appealing for information following a traffic collision early last week in Douglas.
The incident happened on the junction of Ballaquayle Road and Woodbourne Road at 3.30pm last Monday.
Officers would like to speak to the driver of a burgundy-coloured five-door hatchback which was displaying R-plates.
The vehicle was involved in the collision but drove off before anyone could obtain details.
