The government says inflation was stable on the Island last month.
In its latest data, the Economic Affairs Division of the Cabinet Office says the Consumer Prices Index - which doesn't include mortgage interest payments, or estate agents fees - stayed level at 1 per cent.
Over the course of December, there were modest falls in the prices of in clothing, footwear and transport costs.
Meanwhile, housing and health costs saw slight rises.
