Flaws with a controversial incapacity assessment process were revealed during a tribunal.
That's according to the Treasury Minister who this week apologised to Tynwald for making false claims about the people carrying out assessments for Dependability Limited.
It's after it was revealed that an assessor wasn't registered to carry out the 20 face to face interviews which they conducted:
