A shopping centre in Onchan could be in line to get a facelift, if planners approve new proposals.
The Avondale Court Shopping Centre, owned by Onchan-based JKS Ltd, would get new shopfronts, cladding and fascia trims.
The plan would also see changes to perimeter walls around footpaths to create level paving surfaces.
In its application, the company says it would also install a new disabled access from the car park.
