Garff MHK Martyn Perkins wants to know what effects the severe weather event had on Manx Utilities plans to achieve 2006 water quality standards and what those plans actually are.
His question - which will be put to MUA Chair, Dr Alex Allinson MHK - will be heard when MHK's next convene.
The latest Keys sitting is due to take place in Douglas next Tuesday, November 26, from 10am.
