The illegal drugs trade on the Isle of Man is now thought to be worth several million pounds each year.
The problem, according to the Chief Constable, is harmful to society and can lead to debt and violence.
In his annual report published this week, Gary Roberts says he's been saddened to see the number of young people involved in the drugs trade.
He added police are working with partner agencies to educate youngsters, protect them from crime and break the cycle.
