People are being invited to discuss the best way to boost the Island's workforce.
A new consultation - 'Proposals to Accelerate Economic Growth' - has been launched by the Department of Economic Development; it will run until September 30th.
The Island's unemployment rate has been steadily falling and is now at its lowest level but the department says there's still work to be done.
Minister Laurence Skelly says the department has ideas it's putting forward but is welcoming any thoughts from the public:
