A well-known hotel in the south of the Island is on the market for a cool £3 million.
The Shore Hotel in Gansey has been listed by estate agent Plum Properties on its website.
It features a bar and restaurant, five guest suites, a holiday beach house and 38-space car park.
Its current owners have run the business for more than 20 years.
