A total of 551 elective surgeries were missed because of the TT and Manx Grand Prix in the past four years.
That's according to Manx Care's response to a Freedom of Information request.
Overall 260 procedures were cancelled during the TT festivals since 2022, some by the patient themselves, and others by the hospital.
This was also the case during the MGP events over the same time span, which saw 291 surgeries cancelled.
