Hundreds of runners are expected to head to Ramsey this weekend to take part in the annual IoM Marathon road running championships.
It takes place tomorrow (Sunday 8 August) and there's also a half marathon.
Drivers in the north of the Island are being asked to take extra care as runners will be on open roads following a route along Ramsey promenade, to Bride, Andreas, St Judes and Jurby Road back to Ramsey.
Organisers said the course is well signed , with marshalls and police present at all major junctions
The first race starts at 8:30am, with the last of the runners expected back soon after 1pm.
