A developers applied for permission to build a housing estate on a Baldrine farm.
Ellis Brown Architects has applied for permission to build seven new homes at Baldrine Farm on Baldrine Road.
A similar development was granted approval in principle in 2016.
In its application, the company says the homes would have heat pumps and solar panels as well as electric car charging points.
