A landmark corner on the TT course could be in for a facelift, if a planning application for houses is successful.
Island Landscapes has applied to build three new homes on its depot at Laurel Bank.
The company says although it was given permission to build a new workshop on the site, it's not large enough to cater for its needs.
Instead it now wants to build houses with three or four bedrooms set back from the road.
