The site of a former motor museum on Glen Vine could become four new homes, if planners back new proposals.
PNJ Properties of Glen Vine has applied for planning permission to convert an existing garage and build three new houses on the site of the now-demolished Manx Motor Museum.
The company says the homes would be aimed at young first-time buyers.
Last December, it lodged a planning application for a similar development.
