Douglas Council says it'll be billing the owners of two town centre hotels over emergency repair work.
The local authority says recent winter storms damaged the rooves of the Pitcairn and Wyndham Hotels on Church Street.
However, after the owners didn't remove loose slates in time, council contractors did the work themselves.
The Council says it's invoiced the owners for the work, and if the money's not paid it'll put a charge on the properties.
