An incident in a Douglas Hotel has landed three men with a court appearance and binding-over order.
20 year old James Eric Duncan of Cedar Walk in Douglas appeared alongside 20 year old Evan Paul Gallagher and 24 year old Connor Gallagher, both of the Ballacannell Estate in Laxey.
All three agreed to be bound over in the sum of £200 for six months following the incident at the Palace Hotel on July 15.
A charge of being drunk in public was withdrawn by the prosecution.
