Manx Care says a ward at Ramsey Cottage Hospital will shut for a month as it calls in pest control.
Martin Ward will close for around four weeks from the end of this month.
The organisation says all other services on the site will operate as normal during a deep-clean operation.
And it adds the roof space affected by pests is being monitored daily.
