Noble's Hospital is restricting the use of some Christmas decorations in clinical areas.
A statement from Manx Care says it's because Christmas trees, tinsel and lights can't be 'properly decontaminated.'
It's to protect people from the risk of infections such as Strep A, Influenza and Norovirus.
Decorations were also restricted last Christmas.
