Manx Care says heavy equipment being delivered to Ramsey Cottage Hospital will mean two of its car parks will be shut this weekend.
The organisation says critical infrastructure equipment is being dropped off at the facility as a wide load under police escort.
Car Parks at the Minor Injuries Unit and Martin Ward will be closed from 8pm on Friday, July 17 until Sunday, July 19.
There'll also be restrictions for on-street parking in Cumberland Road.
