Manx Care says the bus stops at Noble's Hospital will move for a day this week as new equipment is installed.
A new MRI scanner arriving means the main bus stop outside the front of the Braddan facility will be unavailable on Thursday, December 4 from 7am to 8pm.
A mobile crane and trailer will be delivering the scanner, and there'll be temporary bus stops between the helipads and main car park.
Manx Care says access from the main car park will remain open as normal.
