Isle of Man Transport says the Noble's Hospital bus stop won't be in use this week.
From 8am today (Monday) buses are unable to serve the stop close to the main entrance of the hospital due to highway repairs.
The work is expected to take up to five days.
During this period a temporary stop will be in use at the Rugby Club end of the 'helicopter road' and can be accessed by walking through the main car park.
