Hospice has relaunched its 'Singing for Wellbeing' sessions for those affected by life-limiting conditions and their families and carers.
The charity says regular group singing can make people feel less isolated, and help those feeling depressed or anxious.
Sessions take place in The Sanctuary at Hospice Isle of Man on Wednesdays from 1-2pm.
There are no auditions and solo singing - you can find more information here.
