Hospice Isle of Man has been ranked 12th in the Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Places to Work.
The local palliative care provider was competing with 897 other organisations - where 250,000 employees were surveyed.
It also received a three star rating - which is the highest rating that can be accomplished and a first for the Island.
