The House of Keys is due to sit this morning, with eight questions on the order paper up for debate.
Members will discuss issues like the Douglas Horse Tramway, the Island's risk of mad cow disease, and children's English skills in schools.
MHKs will also consider changes suggested by the Legislative Council to new laws which would provide free period products.
