Douglas Bay Horse Trams will not run for the remainder of 2019.
That's according to Isle of Man Transport, who confirmed the news earlier today.
It says it's to allow the continuing reconstruction of Douglas Promenade.
In a post on social media, IOM Transport says its team, along with volunteers will offer stable tours to all groups who were expecting horse tram rides as part of their package.
It has apologised for any inconvenience caused, and thanked all its customers who have supported the horse trams this season.
It comes following Onchan MHK Rob Callister stating the horse trams shouldn't run in 2020, to help businesses and hotels on the prom remain accessible.
