Regency Travel says it will complete its government obligations for the TT and Festival of Motorcycling.
The travel agent, which is the official provider of travel and accommodation for the Department of Economic Development, announced it was closing down yesterday.
Bookings will still be taken for both motorsport events - the contract with government is due to terminate in September.
Nine staff will lose their jobs when the business shuts later this year.
