Businesses are getting a helping hand in combating bribery.
The Department of Home Affairs is creating guidance notes to help companies comply with the new Bribery Act 2013 which is being brought in later this year.
It says the information will help people do business competitively and fairly and will outline procedures so that no one commits an offence under the new act.
The guidance notes have gone out for public consultation in order to get people’s feedback. Anyone who wishes to comment has until October 15.
